Why?
- Web hosting is around
6$/month, domain is15$-20$/year. - Ad-free since 2012, no affiliate links, no paywalled/gated content, never done a paid review, and never accepted paid guest posts.
- Most of what I do outside work is freely available either at my GitHub, here in this blog, or listed on this page.
For What?
Initially, to cover hosting costs. Alternatively, simply to buy me a coffee.
How?
ko-fi is a generic support platform and easier to use, but GitHub is also a valid option if you are a techie 🙂.
