Game Dev. with Perl and SDL

Although I'm looking forward either to use Ruby (here's a .NET bridge/wrapper) or Python (here's one of the .NET implementations) (or maybe Lua, it's not easy to decide), I've just readed in Ars Technica about SDL_Perl.

With it you can make multi-plattform games just with a scripting language.
