Although I'm looking forward either to use Ruby (here's a .NET
bridge/wrapper) or Python (here's one of the .NET implementations) (or maybe Lua, it's not
easy to decide), I've just
readed in Ars Technica about SDL_Perl.
With it you can make multi-plattform games just with a scripting language, so this is one of my few "non-windows" posts about game dev (DaGo, if you read this you'll be a bit more happy ;)
